By far, the most effective antiperspirant I have ever used (and over the years I tried 20 to 30 options). I'm not sure why today, after using Certain Dri for more than 7 years, I decided to go down the rabbit hole of comments on amazon, during a re-order. Random. But I did and I could not believe all the negativity I read. It almost feels like a deliberate coordinated attack on the brand. I'm a lifelong, high metabolism, highly active man with intense consistent sweating, and for many frustrating years, I could not find any reliable product to keep my underarms dry... until Certain. Since I started using the product years ago, I have been 95 percent sweat free on a daily basis, with only the rare over the top stress induced trickle of sweat showing up. AND I can skip or miss a day or two, and it is still effective. This product changed my comfort level and confidence for the better many years ago, and I have never looked back. Kudos.

So, I’m a sweaty gal—I just run hot and always have. I do enjoy Certain Dri, but stopped using it after a while because the roll-on would flare up my eczema badly. I tried other brands that worked just as well, but they too eventually produced the same result (inflamed, itchy armpits). So, I decided to give this dry spray a try. First, it does have a strong “masculine” scent, but I don’t mind, and it does fade after some time. Second, it truly does last, keeps me dry, and even after the scent fades, odor is kept at bay. I’ve truly only been spraying this one once a day depending on what time I shower and I’m kept pretty much dry and odor free. Even tested how it would fare through a light workout and I still smelled fine. Last, no armpit irritation so far and it’s been about two weeks! If you can get past the scent, it’s definitely worth it, but they really should make other scents or at least an unscented option (just my opinion).

Great product and works very well because I over sweat! I’m not in love with the smell, but I am also pregnant, so I use a little of another deodorant spray over top of it and then I don’t smell it anymore. It lasts long. Although only reason for four stars is because I’m almost at the end of the bottle and it no longer sprayed, but there is some left. You can hear it when you shake it. I would say it has a fresh smell and it’s a great value for the money doesn’t cause any skin irritation or any stickiness. If you use a lot, it might ball up a bit. I would recommend it and buy it again for the strength!

The product works as described. However the 'extra fresh' scent smells like a men's cologne. I think I'm smelling strong spicy citrus (maybe bergamot) and lavender. At first I was reminded of Nautica Blue. I am still using it because I could care less and I don't think it smells bad but this may be off putting to some females who don't wish to smell like a men's cologne so I'm mentioning it in the interest of full disclosure. It is also a pretty strong smell. Meaning, if you move your arms a bit, you are going to smell it for a few hours. But it does work as described so I can't fault it. Just letting others know before they buy that the scent is not unisex but more masculine.

I was so hopeful that this would work for me but sadly it didn’t work. It did not keep me dry at all, it has a very gritty feeling when sprayed on and it ruined my favorite grey shirt with stains. I applied the product, allowed it to fully dry and then slid my shirt on. The gritty feeling never went away and within an hour i was soaked in the underarm area and had already changed my shirt twice. About the stained shirt- After applying the spray and allowing it to dry, I was leaving the house and I noticed two greasy looking wet spots under the arms & under the chest area of my shirt so I immediately took the shirt off and washed it but there were still two stains that looked similar to grease stains. I also don’t know what that gritty feeling to this deodorant is but it’s not pleasurable. I’ve tried soaking and spot treating the shirt and unfortunately the stains are not coming out. If the stains had only been under the arms I could’ve maybe salvaged the shirt but there was a stain under the boob area. After changing my shirt and leaving the house I ended up soaking wet under my arms and had to change my shirt again. The gritty stuff was on the inside of both shirts. I had so much hope for this product so I’m really disappointed. One the positive side it actually smells good and seems easy to use.

I think I might have hyperhidrosis, so while I wait to get in to the dermatologist, I have been trying everything under the sun to combat this excessive sweating. The 90+ degree days with humidity is not helping. It's really embarrassing to be sweating so much! I have tried all of the brands that you see advertised often, the ones on the end caps in the big brand stores....they're okay but they don't do the job all day. I decided to give this a try, and WOW. It really works. I spray it on and let it dry....it dries fast....and I feel like my sweat decreases in those areas and I don't notice any bad smell either....although I never really dealt with overwhelming sweaty smells, just the sweat! It does NOT irritate my skin, which is huge because I have incredibly sensitive skin. It does not burn or bother me at all, even in sensitive areas on the body. The container is relatively small, I wish they would make a bigger bottle, because I do be going through this like crazy. It's worth the price and I will be buying more. Stocking up actually! EDIT: Taking off two stars because while I absolutely LOVE this product, the container leaves a lot to be desired. I have received two bottles now where the nozzle stops working. I have tried to clean it off with alcohol, run it under hot water, take the entire nozzle off, etc etc...and it just gets clogged or something happens to it. It's incredibly frustrating as this happened on two bottles within days of opening, so there was a LOT left in each container. PLEASE change this packaging.

I love the deodorant but the last few times I’ve ordered it at least 2 out of 3 cans have issues with the sprayer. It may start working fine but it will stop spraying. I’ve tried everything. I’ve ran hot water on it and turned it upside down but nothing works. This deodorant works great for me and I hate to give it up but it’s too expensive to keep wasting money on.

I have never purchased a spray deodorant before, but I wanted to try this as the ratings and popularity were high up there in the ranks. Also, I can't see all that great with my "over 40" eyes....a lot gets missed. So this spray deodorant will not come out of the can until you twist the cap a bit. It's like a locking mechanism for those who are new to US deodorant in a spray form. (I only thought they did this with pumping bottles like lotion or shampoo) The scent is gender neutral and could work for anyone at any age. The product is a wet spray, but dries quickly without leaving a sticky feeling. The can feels full, much different than other sprays I have bought the international version of. If you are concerned about deodorants staining your clothes, not a concern here. That was one of the main reasons I went searching and found myself here....the residue left on clothes from stick deodorants. The active ingredient is Aluminum Chlorohydrate and it is the highest I have seen at 25%.

If you're planning to buy and use this on other parts of your body other than under arms. Save your money and go for the roll ons or products specially mentioning that you can use it for hands and feet. This is slippery and leaves a white residue so only suitable for underarm sweating. I'll update results with use. Update after 1 week use coming up 04.08.23 - I gave it to my brother becuase i didn't see much of an result bu the roll on is much better and less wasteful.
