I've been going through two or three sets of earbuds a year and here are some of my requirementsNeck typeLong battery lifeGood soundMost of my previous ear buds failed to work due to the USB Type B charging connection going bad after a few months.This time around my search included a C Type connection and found the A12. I was very nervous to purchase because there were no reviews.After one day, I am 100% satisfied with my purchase with these being:- The best sounding buds to date- Extremely long battery life. I listened to audio books all night and music all day. Plenty of power left- C Type connection!!!;- Functions galore with vol -+, pause, previous next etcI will review more later but so far am 100% satisfied- One week updateEverything continues to work perfect and simply can not be happier. Also,- No Bluetooth sound crackles- Able to charge will using earbuds! The location of the C Adapter adds to the comfort when you are wearing / listening and charging at the same time. However, this isn't often needed because a charge last for days and I'm a heavy user.ONE YEAR UPDATEThese are still working perfect after over a year of use!Very Satisfied

I've had these for a year and I am hard on earbuds! These are VERY durable and hold a charge longer than any of my other earbuds! I tend to fall asleep with these on and they have held up wonderfully! Only once had I had one of the buds pop apart and all I had to do was pop it back together. These are the VERY BEST!!! Buy them!!!!!

My wife is disappointed1. The buttons are tactilely indistinguishable - you need to count the buttons each time2. In TF mode, you cannot receive an incoming call (because BT is OFF!!!) - terrible!3. After a certain scenario, when we try to connect to the phone (to receive a call) and return to the TF, the headset becomes unmanageable.4. The sound is of poor quality (there is no low frequency)

Headset went from OK to HORRIBLE! While on listening to music, it connects to a SECOND DEVICE. Not what I want it to do. Kept interrupting the song was playing. Got into loop of connecting to 2nd device off and on. Cant use it. Have it 4 months, 2 late to send back. Bestex WONT HONOR WARRANTY. NO GOOD. DONT BUY!!

The media could not be loaded. Sometimes I have a time answering calls but probably my terrible tech skills. They are great. I drive a truck and people always hear me even with both doors slid open and moving at 55mph.

The battery life is excellent, I will definitely buy again.

Battery life is just as good as advertised, and the sound is decent. However, I found the very large hard plastic ear pieces to be extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't wear them for more than about an hour before they started to hurt. I never tested the ability to use them with an sd card, so I can't speak to how well that works.

The volume does NOT go up very loud, and being a truck driver, I need to be able to hear good.
