why does it say shared with equipment that uses soy and sesame oils? those are the terrible oils.

This is an allergen warning. For whatever reason this company produces these seaweed snacks on equipment that is also used to produce other products that do contain soy and sesame, which are common allergens. Hopefully the machines are getting cleaned between uses but there's always a chance that soy or sesame residue could make it into this product, so the warning must be put on the package by law.

What do the avocado versions taste like?

Never tried avocado version only tried roasted seaweed with sea salt. Maybe you go to gimMe Store on amazon maybe they can help you.
