I’m usually pretty hesitant about trying new supplements but these have exceeded my expectations. I find that the pills are very easy to swallow and don’t leave a horrid pill taste in your mouth. I usually take meds with juice or water and sometimes they get stuck in my throat but these just go with a swallow. They aren’t too thick. I’ve noticed better digestion and less issues with my taking in certain food groups. I also feel like I’m more energetic and have been sleeping at least 7-8 hours peacefully since starting. Overall I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
