is it like vicks inhaler

Not sure if you mean SIZE or SMELL. The size is similar in size to the Vicks inhaler. The smell is completely different. It smells like a combination of menthol and peppermint. I actually did not discover the Olbas inhaler until about 2 years ago. Once I used one I knew I wouldn't be interested in returning to the Vicks product. I really like the smell of the Olbas product compared to the Vicks and would not hesitate to recommend it. Regards EK

Does this product really decongest nose? Is it a nose or mouth inhaler. Problem is breathing and have tried everything with no results.

It is the strongest nasal inhaler that I have found. It really helps. You might also try buying Alkalol Nasal wash to use each morning. I use it half and half with a generic nasal saline spray. Pour out half the saline spray and fill the rest of the way with Alkalol. It works really well. Then I use the Olbas and also carry one in my purse. Hope this give you some relief.
