Kokedama: A step-by-step guide

I bought this "book" after reading several articles about Kokedama. I assumed I would learn from this "step by step guide" as the title implies. But there is next to no information here. It is more a mixture of nonrelated facts that could be found on the internet. I am not sure it was proofed since there are so many misspelled words. I read it in about 10 minutes. I really feel this is a con especially after I read more about the "author"

This should be called a pamphlet, not a book. It is 27 pages, which includes pictures. $9.99 is ridiculous for what this is. I would send it back if it wouldn't cost more money.I tried giving zero stars, but it wouldn't let me.

I wish I had read the reviews. This "booklet" is very short and has absolutely no how to information beyond get an appropriate plant and appropriate soil. Where are the soil recipes which may vary by plant? Waste of money.

Excellent tidy little book on plant culture, Japanese style. Easy to follow instructions with helpful photographs. Not easy to do but definitely a rewarding adventure.

Definitely NOT a book. It is a pamphlet with 27 enumerated pages, of which 3 are completely blank, and several more have just a picture or two, sometimes leaving ample empty space. The writing is curt and sometimes superfluous.

Clear and concise instructions for making kokedama. I found this book very helpful although a lot of stuff mentioned relates to Japan.There are suggestions that can easily be converted to local soil and plants.

A good introduction nicely written and illustrated. Ideal to get you started but you'll quickly be looking for something more detailed and in depth, sadly, unless you read Japanese there is nothing available.
