How Long Does It Take To Dry?

They absolutely do dry down to a soft matte after 20 minutes. This is more for people who want a glossy lip at first and feels natural after a while.

Is this product supposed to come with a tamper proof seal?

I called Maybelline, after the second tube was also sent the same way as the first one, that I tossed and was refunded for - NO PACKAGING. Maybelline said that the tube doesn't have packaging or a safety seal and that if it looks unused, it's safe to use. Just felt I had to respond to my first response and let you know.

does it show up bright red?

Then red revival shows up as a medium red between bright and dark. Very close to the picture shown. It's a strong color but I like it :-D
