NorproCupcake Corer, 2 sizes, 3 Piece Set

I bought this to core out the center of my cupcakes and prepare them for my Boston Cream. Worked perfectly and my cupcakes were loaded with that delicious Boston Cream! I used the bigger corer to be sure there would be enough cream in the center, and oh, what glorious Boston Cream cupcakes they were! Very easy to use and made it simple and quick. Everybody loved the cupcakes, too.

This cupcake corer works great. Easy to use and clean. Comes with 2 sizes, I find the smaller one to be big enough for a good amount of filling inside a cupcake.

Never had used this before. I put cupcakes in freezer for a few minutes and then used. Perfect plugs come out. Really a nifty tool

First, I love making cupcakes. I say that because this is very much a single-purpose kitchen gadget, which I usually avoid. However, I make a lot of cupcakes, and I recently started filling them with fruit fillings. I initially used an apple corer (also single-purpose but small and sturdy), but the holes were a little too small and retrieving the cut away “cap” pieces was a chore. For the price, I figured it couldn’t hurt to try a product designed for this purpose.I love it. It works so much better than my previous hack. It cut perfect holes in 24 cupcakes in less that 2 minutes. And it was easy enough that my kids could help with good results. Now I want to fill every cupcake I make. Why not, when this tool makes it so easy? You could even use it to make two-in-one cupcakes. Two flavors, cut out each and swap the centers. Add your frosting and you have mini layer cakes!My only complaint: It’s plastic. I hate plastic. If it were stainless, it would earn 5 stars. I would willingly pay more for higher quality materials.I would definitely recommend this if you regularly make cupcakes. Even though it’s single-use, it doesn’t take up much space. Cleans fairly easily. Works wonderfully. If you don’t make cupcakes regularly and really need it for one-time use, maybe pass it along to a baker-friend when you’re done and keep it out of a landfill?

I was making a lot of cupcakes and most were filled so I needed help to get it done. This worked so well that I was able to get my husband who has never baked or cooked to core and fill while I got all of the frosting made. It was a game changer. Was it perfect? Probably not but it is extremely effective and the serrated edge of the cutter made a cleanly cute core.

I bought this to make strawberry filled cupcakes and it worked so well. This product was so useful and much better than having to hand carve out the top of a cupcake

The media could not be loaded. Ok so I have recently gotten into cupcake making and this is a must! The first thing I noticed when I opened the package is that it is the perfect size. It is easy to hold in my hand and is not too big. I love the red color and it is easy to find in my drawer when I need it. It comes in two sizes and the one I use the most is the smaller size. I love to use strawberry filling in my cupcakes and this is so much faster and easier than cutting out a hole by hand. The hole comes out very clean and I would say very professional.I had never had one of these before and my first try I just stuck it into my cupcake and pushed down, needless to say this did not work. After reading the instructions I felt so stupid since I did it all wrong! You have to push down and turn so I collects the cake and then pull up. You will see your cupcake center in the clear part and then you push down to push the cupcake out to start on the next one.It does not take long at all to do 24 cupcakes. I know if I do jumbo cupcakes that the larger piece will come in handy. I would definitely buy this one again, and I might get it as a gift for my mother who likes to bake. I found this very easy to wash and I have put it in the dishwasher with no issues. I just love it so much!
