100 FT 1/2" Retractable Garden Hose Reel, Any Length Lock, Heavy-Duty Wall Mounted Hose Reel with Automatic Rewind, Brass Connector, Adjustable Patterns, 180° Garden Watering & Car Washing

We've been using this since raccoons bit through our last hose. After that we decided to use a hose reel system. This one has worked well. The installation was straight forward with four bolt used to secure the mounting plate to the wall. The auto retraction system has been reliable and the included nozzle is not bad. It was larger than I first thought but I've gotten used to seeing it mounted on the wall. I may but another for the front yard in the future.

This hose real is a first for me. I was surprised that it came with a 100' hose attached and ready to go. The hose is the smaller 3/8 size and the hole unit weighs around 30 to 35lbs. It does come with a mount 4 screws and plastic anchors. I mounted it on a 4" × 4" post which the mount fit perfectly on it. I like the feature of the whole unit being able to swivel so that you always have a straight line from the sprayer to the unit itself. (Less chance of kincking that way) It is retractable however, it is a hearty spring and does take a little effort to pull on it. It has a self locking feature which is nice. You can pull out what you need, pull to you hear clicking and release. It will lock itself in place until you pull on it again. Word of caution. When rolling the hose back, walk with hose in hand as it recoils. As strong as the spring is, I am sure it will eventually damage the unit if you do not control the speed while it is recoiling.After buying my first one and liking it so much, I purchased another one for the back.I would recommend this product

The hose retracts easily and smoothly. When pulling it out you have to give it an extra yank to get to lock but it unrolls so smoothly it's not an issue. Easy to hang up, seems solid, and looks like it functions as advertised. My only complaint would be that it doesn't have a cutoff valve, so you have to disconnect it to change the head. But a $5 ball valve from Amazon does the job.

Won’t even retract all the way back.Update:After communicating with the company we realized we got a product that had an issue (which happens) . They stepped up and and replaced our hose which works 100% . So happy with the customer service and how great this retractable hose works. Makes watering my plants and garden so much easier.

Mounted on our wall. It’s a great addition to our home, and it works fantastically. Would buy again.

This is the same exact product as the QOMOTOP hose reel. They even forgot to change the name in the manual. At the time of this review, the QOMOTOP one can be found much cheaper at other retailers (may also be sold under the name TackLife).The hose reel itself is great so far. Easy to install. Retracts perfectly and is so much easier than lugging coils of hose around.

The retractable garden Hose Reel was delivered as promise. It was heavier than I expected. The hose and the sprayer seems to made out of cheap plastic, the hose may be ok since it stay in the housing. All 100 ft of hose retracted fine without any issue. The mount was heavy duty holding garden Hose Reel well. Well, after 3 weeks, I used the sprayer twice, it started leaking badly. The water was shutoff after each usage.I was contacted by the seller after my review. They quickly offered me a generous refund to replace the sprayer. This refund was received in two days.

The pressure on this product is terrible. I installed this in my new home and water pressure is actually fantastic with another hose I tried, just to make sure. Very disappointing.
