Health Assessment in Nursing

Used book was stated to be in good condition, has very little wear and tear, book was clean with some writing on a few pages from previous owner. All in all it was a good purchase. The contents of the book itself are great. Being in Nursing school this book is one of our required texts and it is nice having the physical copy.

Just took it out of the box and it is ripped and damaged. I ordered a brand new one and for $150 I would expect it to come in new condition. Very upset because my class starts tomorrow so I don’t have time to send it back

If you want to find something in the book the index is awful and doesn't even have the most basic word in the back making it difficult to look up what you are looking for.
