My biggest regret is that I forgot to take pictures before returning the item.While it was relatively easy to install (just as any other fan), I had quite a few bad surprises:1) The quality is VERY poor. I felt I was using a cheap throw away toy. While this is not an industrial ceiling fan (I clearly understand that), the quality of the plastic used was simply cheap...2) After I installed it (not the first time I installed a fan - I am experienced), it did not work. As simple as that...3) Even though I am experienced, I still went through the install documentation to ensure I did not make a mistake. The install guide was barely bigger than a bubble gum cover and was written in very poor English.I do NOT recommend this device.I write these reviews for fun while hopefully providing assistance to other buyers in Amazon. The media could not be loaded. This is a very good fan! I like that the blades can be folded automatically when the fan function is not in use, and the lampshade can be adjusted by itself, because it allows the (very attractive) lightweight part to be featured. For convenience, the remote control can be installed near the light switch... this is very convenient.

Everything everyone said is true! First time installing a ceiling fan. The video helped and the comments. Instructions are crap. And its true the ballast is going to hit the middle open bolt in the middle. Its ok to remove it, its just double tapped.

beautiful ceiling fan but, if you have never put together and installed a ceiling fan, this is not for you. first off, the instruction booklet that came with the fan wasnt even the correct book. the book had instructions for a different fan than what we bought. second issue, the wiring cables werent colored (both were white) so we couldnt tell which wire to connect to. third issue, the screws were hard to put in and wouldnt stay. fourth issue, there was a little electrical box that came in and you had to connect that to the fan and put it in between the light and the fan, there was barely any room for the box to fit. only thing good about the product is, it looks nice, fan is very quiet, you have 3 different options for lights and you can adjust how the light rings are placed.

It fits nicely in my bedroom. It was a little difficult to install but other than that I love it!! It gives off so much light and you can also dim the lighting. The fan works perfect.

The lights are nice and bright, 3 settings. The design is beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. Best part is the fan, low dust, low noise, and even on low the fan pushes a nice amount of air in the room.
