This is my 2nd Zinus bed frame and I’m very pleased. I had a pulled muscle in my back and was still able to put it together as a woman by myself (took a hot minute tho). It’s pretty and well made. No unpleasant odors. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful bedframe! When it first arrived, I knew it was going to be sturdy because the box was HEAVY! I am so pleased with how easy it was to assemble and after the first night on it, I cannot complain! It was a week later than what the original delivery date said but that didn’t matter to me at all after receiving such a quality piece! Would 100% recommend!!

Love it easy to put together

I searched for months trying to find the right bed frame for my queen mattress, and stumbled upon this one. The shipping was fast and the Amazon delivery crew even helped me carry it upstairs which I give credit to Amazon for doing that as I’m a single lady. Thank you, gentlemen!Much to my dismay, only after I started putting it together did I realize that all of the screws were missing. Hey Zinus, you remembered to include marketing postcards on non-recyclable paper that I will literally never use and not the screws!? Because this thing is quite heavy, I had pretty much no choice but to pack it all up again and store it in the box flat on my floor and put my box spring and old frame back together so I had a place to sleep that night as it was apparent my new frame would not be put together that night.Lo and behold, the screws I thought were missing were actually there the whole time already in their designated spots. All you have to do is loosen them, put the pieces together, then tighten them again. This is actually a genius idea. Only the instructions don’t tell you this: they are just pictures and NO WORDS that communicate this information. Gee... do you think people should probably know about this considering every piece of put-it-together-yourself furniture on the market has the screws separated? Thank God I didn’t pay for someone to put this together for me— not that I would have but I may have been out $95 and left with a deconstructed bed frame! It’s not apparent that the screws are there: you don’t know what you don’t know. You don’t know that you’re looking at the screws in their places. Since there is nothing in the instructions that literally says, “The screws you need are already screwed in— just loosen them, assemble, then tighten them back up,” you are left with the assumption that these parts are missing. UGH.When I called the company asking for replacement hardware to be sent, the rep said nothing about it and instead put me through the ringer of submitting paperwork, a receipt, and pictures verifying what was missing (not sure how to take pictures of something that you don’t even have). I was then told it would take 24-48 hours JUST for them to decide what to do about my complaint. As of this review, which is 3 days after I reached out to Zinus, I have STILL not heard back from them company about the missing screws. Look, I can totally be that idiot person who doesn’t read the instructions all the way if a) there were words on paper to read informing me what I need to know which is that the hardware was already in its place, and b) if when I feebly ask for help, the person answering me isn’t just as clueless as I am and more willing to send me on a bureaucratic trail instead of, say, looking up the product I ordered for a basic set of FAQs in which the answer to the question, “Where is my hardware?” is included to say, “It’s already on the bed frame.” I cannot be the only person who didn’t realize this.How did I realize the screws were there?? I went back through detailed reviews like this one and saw that no— in fact, I am not the only person who fell for Zinus’s dirty tricks.I put the rest of the bed together and it’s just too bad that my experience with this product wasn’t great because the product itself deserves 5 stars. It is beautiful, sturdy, and a high quality piece of furniture. I absolutely love it. There are some reviews that show the headboard is shorter than measured. This wasn’t my experience: it is 43” high. You’ll see in my photos the tape where I measured it and the headboard meets that mark. My mattress fits well, too. It might be a little short in some places but it’s better than it hanging off the sides. Also, I’ve slept on it and for years I thought my mattress was noisy and it turns out that it was my box spring. Hopefully the poor experience I had with assembly will be forgotten in time.Zinus, you can take a long walk off a short pier for all I care. But thanks for the bed frame. If you just put WORDS ON PAPER in your instruction manual instead of fooling your customers and making them jump through hoops for you, maybe you would actually be making the world a better place.

Very well made and easy to assemble

It was pretty easy to assemble. Only took me 30 minutes. The mattress sits directly on top of the wood slats. It does not slide into place if that was what you are looking for. The only downside is that the mattress tends to move a couple of centimeters every now and then exposing the wood slats.

I adore this bed! I was really worried about buying a bed online without getting to see the quality of it first. But with being on a budget, and covid 19 closing majority of the stores, online shopping it was. I was originally going to purchase a cheap set, however this one caught my eye last minute and I’m so happy it did! Everything came Packaged inside the headboard, which unzips on the back to store the slats, legs and side panels. It comes with an Allan key to assemble, however I recommend if you have the appropriate drill bit, use that instead to save time! My boyfriend and I took turns doing this by hand and it took awhile. The bed was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and it took maybe 45 minutes to an hour all said and done. I also want to note how sturdy this bed is. It may not be made of the best quality material, but I am a plus sized woman, and the BF is also on the heavier side and this bed supports us both with no issue. That being said, I wouldn’t run and jump on it, but you can participate in regular bed like activities without worry it will fall apart. It’s also very cute/stylish. I like that also if you ever move, you can pack everything back up into the headboard for convenience! I really like this bed and it was perfect for what I was looking for and the price point made it even better! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple yet stylish bed that won’t break the bank!

The headboard and frame are quite nice. Very easy to assemble, even by one person. Instructions were very clear.I do not recommend this product however, unless you have access to a pick up truck. The shipping companies in this case Purolator, won't move it once it gets to the delivery point. They claim it is too much to handle for one person. In fact, it is quite heavy - 137 lbs. This is not unmanageable if you are willing to do the work. Through my experience, I found that delivery drivers were not nearly as motivated to deal with the package as I was. The bottom line is, it can be a nightmare scenario getting this thing home. Delivery companies stalling and providing different excuses for their obvious lack of customer service, becomes part of the unsatisfying experience.The product is good, but the delivery is not!

The king size has slightly different dimensions and it works well for my 10" mattress where the mattress comes up to the line before the buttons, so the headboard is not too short so that you can't see it. It was easy to assemble. It hasn't been making any noise yet but I will update if it starts to. Came with a lot of plastic packaging :(12/08/2021: Purolator is backed up on special handling orders and gave me the runaround when I was trying to find out where my delivery was. The bedframe took almost two weeks to arrive (with Prime. Ordered Nov 24, arrived Dec 7). Also, it is a two person job to carry it and pretty much impossible to get up stairs (the king size, at least). Once you get it inside and the box open you can carry it in parts no problem.

Wasn't sure about the bed initially, but the reviews on this and other beds from Sinus sealed the deal. Delivered in two days. One very large (king sized), but manageable box (my wife and I moved it quite easily), and Everything you need is nearly tucked in a zippered compartment in the headboard. No parts missing and one extra of each bolt type just in case. Especially like that along with the regular Allen key, they also include a little Allen head ratchet... Easy to assemble and very sturdy. All I can say is awesome! Will be purchasing from them again in the future.

This is a very good product and very sturdy and quiet as well. This product is very well thought out by the vendor. Packaging is very smart (and it creates an extra place to hide things in the headboard (like valuables or gifts for Christmas).Everything is in the headboard, very easy to assemble and most importantly, very sturdy, quiet and low. My 2 year old loves to come to climb on the bed and jump on it! It is a good test since our old bed was making a lot of squeeky noises because of the slats but this one was quiet. The velcro and noise reducers are great and you can't hear anything at all when he jumps on the bed.I like that it came with a special hex tool and not just the key as well which made it easier and faster to assemble. Overall I love this bed. We bought a king for our bedroom and will probably get a queen one for our guest room as well.
