Bought UK quick fit connectors as the provided are for USA tiny pipes. Push fit - paperwork says you need to cut perfectly square, so avoid if you don't think you will be able to. Lasts 6 months - shorter than others but filters more so we'll see. Water tastes good.

I bought this as for the size of this underwater filter it has a high level of certifications (NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53 & 401) Higher then anything else I could find. Now note it will slow your cold water pressure if that is important to you may wish to fit another tap. But for us for filling pans for cooking and drinking water gave us more peice of mind. We had a plumber fit it as there is some adjustment to be made from US to UK but if you are pretty handy could fit it easily enough.

Purchased due to PFAS readings from our municipal water supply. The certifications were important to me and I didn't trust filters that supposedly last years. 6 months seems right, and while it's a new household expense, it seems worth it after installation. The parts & instructions were well made & written. Based on another helpful review, I purchased 3 inexpensive extra parts that eliminated the white piece that connects directly to the water supply line since it seemed to improve durability and ensure good flow. I hope they might upgrade their parts package to do this for future customers. The filter is long, and the best way to install under my sink was horizontal, which made it harder to reach the furthest screws, but not impossible, and now replacement is that much easier. Upon first test, heard the water try and make its way through but there was almost no flow. Long story short, something made its way to the faucet head, which once I cleaned it out, the flow seemed almost (90% or more) like pre-install. (Sigh of relief). I also had to reseat the connectors to the filter head housing to ensure no leaking. I put a small container underneath just to be sure, but it's been dry since day one. Water tastes very good, and it feels good to have done the best we can to improve the quality / health of our drinking water. Update: wanted to say that the 7 months that it was left in, the water flowed well and tasted good consistently. When the flow started to get noticeably slower, I was surprised at how easy it was to just change out the filter with no leaks. I did my best to shake the retained water out before disposing since it was kind of heavy. Don't forget to let it run for ~15 minutes after installing.

Extremely disappointed with both the product and the seller! We paid $270 CAD for this Aquasana water filter, only to discover that it continuously leaks immediately after being installed by a professional plumber. The unit was defective before we even had a chance to use it! Due to our home renovation, installation was delayed, and now the seller refuses to provide a refund or replacement, citing their 30-day return policy. What is the point of advertising a 1-year warranty if the company refuses to stand behind a defective product after just 30 days? A return policy and a manufacturer’s warranty are two different things! For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and customer service. Instead, I’m left with a brand-new, unusable water filter and a seller unwilling to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience. Buyer beware — a 1-year warranty means very little if the company won’t honour it!

The one and only pitcher of water that the plumber filled was great. While the plumber was packing up, elbow joint provided failed at the factory join and water ran out under the sink. Filter is great. The “easy to DIY” parts are cheap and compromise the system. Waste of time and money. We are going with a commercial product.

A breeze for me to install and I'm not mechanically inclined. We instantly noticed the better, softer tasting water. Family loves this product!
