LaMotte 3027-G Test Strip, Free and Total Chlorine, 25 Strips

I bought these low chlorine test strips because I have a whole house carbon filter. It is supposed to be repacked every year. I live alone and I think I may be able to go longer since I use less water than average. So when I test the water and it shows low levels of chlorine I will know when to call for a repack.

I have chloramine in my tap water and was tired of using chemicals to remove chemicals. I ended up getting a cuzn inline water filter to remove the chloramine and these test strips confirmed that it produced clean aquarium safe water! My fish are happy, I'm happy, and i'll be buying more of these when I run low!

I wanted to verify that my water filtration system is indeed filtering out the chlorine and these strips did a fine job.The top sample is unfiltered city water, the middle one is from my under the sink filtration unit, and the bottom one is the Whole Foods filtered water from their machine.

Worked perfect. I really need to check the chlorine content of our piranha tank on a daily bases and this is just what I needed!
