Great instant read thermometer
We typical have used the Where instant read thermometer, by they have not been lasting as long as they use to, so we tried this thermometer and have been very pleased with it's performance and longevity this far .

Nice product -- working fine, and holding up well so far.
I've gone through a number of digital thermometers. When one breaks or needs a battery replaced, we suddenly wonder how we ever knew when something was fully cooked (short of over-cooking it to be "safe"). This is a nicely designed instrument that displays F or C degrees and is compact. I epoxied a small permanent magnet to the back near the end so it could mount on the same magnetic strip on which our good kitchen knives "live."

Good for the price
Checked this for accuracy with boil and ice test. It was within one degree accurate. It's quicker than most thermometers which is a game changer for when time is important. It's simple operation and sleek design makes it a must have tool.

It's cheap and it works
It won't bring you great luck and prosperity, it is the cheapest quality control on the market. Add sanitizer or prob wipes and people will think you are 4 times more serious than you are. Be safe. Stab things often and for goodness sake keep it clean!

worthless
Bought this when my old one died and it never worked. Replaced the battery and does not turn on.

Ready to Go
Battery is charged and it is ready to use. Very simple on/off and very quick clear readings.The battery in the first one I bought about two years ago ran out, and I just ordered a new one instead of trying to replace the tiny battery. The price justifies it, am thinking.
