We have a Coleman CT200u that was having carb problems. Basically we had to run with almost full choke. I removed the carb and cleaned the jets, same issue. I even replaced the carb to no avail. Turns out the issue was in the governor linkage. Basically with this v22 carb you simply remove all the extra linkages and springs and get a much better throttle response that will give you all the engine can handle. FYI- if you are using a ct200 bike replace the main jet with the included 120 size. After installing adjust the mixture screw (on bottom close to where it mounts to engine) until the rpm’s come up. After that adjust the idle screw.

This thing is a pile of crap. Not worth your money.My engine won't run right now matter how I tune itTried a bunch of different jets.No freaking instructions.Pisses gas out the bottom too.DONT WASTE YOUR DUMB TIME!!!!

Decent quality for the price. Made my go kart much faster. Was kind of hard to install and had to drill some holes in the adapter. Didn’t fit quite right but worked ok

The carburetor (colorful) looks and runs great once tuned, but the rubber hose on the little filter that they give to your valve cover is not heat resistant enough and melted into my valves (caused me to lose compression) maybe 30-45 minutes into riding

I was hesitant on buying this carb kit because there were a lot of reviews saying the carb is untuneable but im glad I bought it I tried it with the stock jet knowing I was going to need to go for a bigger jet and I could still tune it to idle on a 224 predator engin after I put in the #115 it’s almost perfect
