I have a few bottles that are square, so would square bottles fit?

The small square bottles can be inserted, but the foam will remain square..ish, therefore a round bottle will fit loose.

Will this case hold doterra rollerballs (touch)? if so, how many slots does it have for that type of bottle?

I have 10ml rollerball bottles in mine. They sit up taller than the other oil bottles, but it will zip. I only have 2 in mine(as of right now), but there are 30 holes in this case. If I can attach a picture I will to show you. Hope this helps😊

Does this hold the actual 15 ml essential oil bottles

It holds my 10ml perfectly. I don’t have any 15ml bottles so I can’t say but if they’re wider than probably not

Can you use the case to hold alcohol ink

I would say so as long as the lids are on tightly. I don't know the sizes of your bottles tho.
