igourmet French Frantal Emmental Cheese - Pound Cut (15.5 ounce)

first time ordering cheese online as I'm old school when it comes to my cheese, I like to go to local grocery cheese counter and browse and choose but coronavirus has put a hamper on that so had to get my cheese fix and decided to give this cheese on amazon a try and I was glad i did because it definitely exceeded my expectations!packed well with insulation to keep it cool. I am in florida and it was delivered on a very sunny 85F day and sat on the porch for a few hours before i realized it had been delivered and the cheese was still cool when i opened the package. put it in the fridge and had some later that night and loved it. just like the emmental I get from wholefoods or freshmarket

I'm in Louisiana and prepackaged swiss cheeses have no flavor, and a deli counter non-existent so I ordered this. Very good.

Good flavor,melts well (not stringy) the rating is 5 star because it is compared with American Swiss cheese. Yuk vs yum.
