Works for DEEP angry zits, but takes some time
So are these magic and make your zits disappear over night? Not really, BUT...they do make a SIGNIFICANT difference on those large painful deep seated zits that take 2 weeks to come to a head. I don't get alot of acne. once every couple of months, i get 1 gnarly huge zit thats DEEP under my skin. You know the kind.... painful and red, and feel almost hard...impossible to pop...and take FOREVER to go away. Well these patches help shrink the heck out of them ! When i got these i had been using the regular MIghty Patch stickers, without much success. I ordered these, and put one on overnight. you can FEEL the little micro needles going in but its not painful. Press it down for 30 sex to adhere and go to bed. When i awoke, it was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller, and started to come to some sort of a head. i COULD have popped it at that point, but i don't want a mark, so i left it until the evening and put another one of these bad boys on before bed. After night 2 of using these, my zit was alot less red, and half the size. Just woke up from my THIRD night of using this, and its basically flat and slightly red. is it completely gone? no not yet, but it doesnt look like a little red Volkswagen coming around the corner on my face.So do these work?? YES. But it may take more than one. These are pricey and you only get 6 so i'd say save them for those really stubborn buggers that won't come to a head. They really help speed up the process. Without the patches it would take a good 2 weeks for one of these to go away. This helps bring it down to 4-5 days. Which i find acceptable

Miracle
I have gotten repeated cystic acne for many years. Before I found Mighty Patch I use to put a big blob of 10% benzoyl peroxide on it, and let it dry, and leave it overnight, repeat for a few days. It worked pretty well, but Mighty Patch was faster.About 10 months ago, I had two big ones form next to each other, right between my eyebrows. This spot usually had breakouts every two or three months. These were bad, took forever to drain and heal, and left a bump. I ended up on hormonal birth control, which helped my other breakouts, but not this bump under the skin. I tried Mighty Patch multiple times. I tried my old blob trick. For months and months I tried. Then I saw this product. I was originally planning to use them if I had another cystic acne breakout. Instead, I decided to try on my bump. Wore overnight, waited a couple of days, and did it again. I realized it was smaller! I used the entire pack, waiting 1-3 days between each patch. After using all six, the bump is almost entirely gone! I honestly didn't expect it to work so well. I noticed it would usually take a day or two to shrink after the patch too, so who knows, it might even be gone in a day or two. Then I will have to try the dark spot patches.

Work great, but expensive
This product works great. I've had a cyst for weeks and putting one patch shrunk it a lot, and each subsequent patch shrinks it even more. So when it comes to deep pimples and cysts, this really helps with shrinking and clearing up the spot. It might take a few days and patches, but it can clear up even big ones like mine.My biggest issue with it is cost, because 6 patches for $12 is a lot. Especially if you have a big cyst and you end up using half of those dots on one spot. So I'm rating it a 4 because it does what it says, but at this price it is a lot for people with cystic acne and others who might use this regularly. Also, if you are looking for something sheer, this isn't it. The invisible patches are great for that and for more surface level acne. This is more an overnight thing because it is a bit big and obvious and doesn't stick well to areas that move a lot, such as around the mouth area.So if you're looking to shrink cystic acne or deep pimples overnight, and you can afford it, this is for you. If you're looking for something to wear all day and cheaper that works well with whiteheads and blackheads, then the invisible patch or the originals will be better for your needs.

These worked in my severe sensitive skin!!
These amazingly worked! Here’s what I did, for those who have sensitive skin like me:1. Put the patch on after you’ve washed your face with warm water or after you get out the shower. (Helps it stick better & helps open up your pores)2. Press the patch on the blind pimple & hold it for 15 sec as directed.3. After you’ve had it on for 30 min - 1 hr. Rub the patch in circular motions for about 1min, do this as many times as you’d like. (Rubbing it draws blood to the pimple as it signals the blood cells that they need to work / heal that specific area)4. After 3hrs-4hrs remove the patch & slap on the normal pimple patch OR rescue balm. Leave the normal patch on for a day or rest of the night. The patch contains salicylic acid which can cause chemical burn or irritate sensitive skin. After doing it once, my cystic pimple went down by half of its size.m!!! Again, I only left it on for 4hrs instead of the full 6hrs to prevent any bad reactions due to my SEVERE sensitive skin! You do have to do this process for a couple days as directed, but trust me it is so worth it. Only downside is that it comes with 6 patches, but trust me they work!! :)
