M-Joy Practically Speaking: Matrix Energetics and Living Your Infinite Potential

Having experienced Melissa Joy Jonsson as an approachable, generous and gifted teacher at seminars, my expectations for her book, "M-Joy Practically Speaking: Matrix Energetics and Living Your Infinite Potential" were high. I was not disappointed. Having read more 'self-help' books over the years than I can count (or remember), this book stands out in so many ways. I have never been all that interested in science, but Melissa explains the science behind the field of infinite possibilities that is Matrix Energetics in a way that is easy to understand and that brings us to the truth of the matter: We ARE the field and the field is love and it (and we) are limitless!A very compelling part of this book for me is reflected in the title. Melissa Joy writes about the field in a way that each of us can practically apply in our lives. This book doesn't just talk about the what. It talks about the how. The Practical Play sections throughout the book are easy to use suggestions on how to apply what you just learned. They serve as a reminder that accessing the pure joy of infinite possibilities is always within reach and within me (and all of us). Instead of feeling like we have to work on improving ourselves, Melissa Joy gives us tangible ways to PLAY with expanding our awareness of ourselves as limitless beings.Her chapters on "The True Authentic Self and Perfectly Imperfect" and "Relationships: Co-Creation, Unification, and Ripples in the Pond" are powerful and life-changing. There is no goal to reach. Being perfectly imperfect is perfect. Loving and being our True Authentic Selves can open us up to a truly happy life. How do we get to that place? I highly recommend reading this book as a start. Melissa Joy invites us to marvel at the science, explore the possibilities, meet our True Authentic Selves and experience JOY!

I am filled with gratitude that I have M-Joy's new book, and I'm armed with a highlighter. Just that I have it gives me comfort. I was trying to explain it to a fellow Matrix Energetics practitioner, gushing that it is so dense with scientific information, so highly packed with torsion field physics nutrients :), so intelligently written, that one wants to pay really close attention while reading lest we miss a word of valuable information. Yet at the same time, it is so accessible and personal, broken down to easily applicable steps, that even the most left brain untrusting-in-ourselves hardheads like myself can take inspiration and guidance from Melissa's own personal anecdotes, examples and gentle suggestions. It is a veritable gem, a book that has propelled my appreciation for Melissa and Matrix Energetics to greater heights. I marvel how she has integrated such diverse and at times difficult to grasp physics and Consciousness phenomena and presented it in such an inspirational and accessible way. How does the lady do it, especially with that seminar schedule? I hesitate nearing the last page all the while knowing that I will probably reread it as soon as I finish! Melissa lovingly and playfully offers invaluable tools, no matter where one is on their path of Awareness, whether discovering these concepts for the first time, or wanting to deepen them in refreshing new ways. Most importantly, this book is a mighty reminder of the power of choice: the choice one has at ANY given second, no matter what their circumstances, to shift their "reality," their patterns, their being, hence their life.As a repeat seminar participant, it makes me appreciate Matrix Energetics in a whole different light, turbo charging my ME batteries anew and injecting faith in the Field of my own Infinite possibilities once again. It also makes me want to board a plane and be in the next ME seminar pronto. :D

I have purchased hundreds of books from Amazon related to healing and self discovery. Until now I have never written a review. That I do so now should say something about how much I value this book. It is one of the best expositions of the field of quantum mechanics and how it relates to the practice of Matrix Energetics as a tool of human transformation. I have not done a formal seminar but have read the two prior books and worked through an earlier Mp3 version of the training. This was definitely the best resource I found on the subject. I felt as though it was itself a seminar and that through it I came to a real understanding of the tool called the Two Point and that I was indeed connected to the energetic field matrix of the teaching itself. It immediately became one of three books that I recommend to people in my coaching and teaching practice. Enough time has now passed that several of my students have read it and the book is being given high marks for clarity and usefulness, even by those new to the ideas presented. I also applaud the book for its unique "Chapter 11" which is both a glossary and a quick reference to the teachings. This is a treasure trove of insights which will not disappoint.

That is a big book of how the world works through the Quantum mechanics, and our own thoughts and feelings, and how to work with for the life we want :-)

Melissa has the ability to explain highly complicated concepts in simple, understandable language. She helps to demystify the hidden quantum physics behind why we manifest our thoughts and wishes into a material form, and uncovers why we repeatedly create exactly what we don't want, thus empowering us to heal our negative patterns. This book provides another stepping stone to 're- connect' science and spirituality helping us to understand what our ancients were trying to teach us about our abilities to be co-creators on Earth.

The message is good but the language used is not easy to understand......unless u are familiar with the subject and have prior knowledge!

Very good ebook, gives a lot of good information, would highly recommend.

I've been to 2 Seminars of Matrix Energetics - as Melissa speaks, so she writes. Knowledgeable, Playful, and it's Workable - It's Life itself!
