It is water-soluble, so it also can be added into liquid or cream as perfume

Q: Can I mix with oil(lotion) and rub on my skin?

Can be mixed and rubbed on the body, but it is not therapeutic grade and only leaves a fragrance on you.

Q: Can this be used with oil burner tea light ?

Yes, it can be used in a oil burner. I add just a little water too.

Q: For soy wax it says 1 oz of frag. oil for 1 lb. an 8 oz candle would take .5oz the bottles are .33 ounces so i would need to use the entire bottle?

I think so, however I just started making candles.
