The product has a great amount of stretch for one's legs unless they are incredibly large or small. They happened to be sized right for mine as they arrived. They do have vegan leather (pleather..) and for those that may be allergic, some metal that may be exposed to one's skin. For this, medical tape is a simple answer. You can even put a touch of glue on the pleather or metal so the tape will stay on (thinking about the heavy sweaters in the summer).

( Ordered these under my moms account )I Have very large calves, so naturally they "Taper" causing longer socks to fall down easily and often. To remedy this problem, i found these garters, and they work perfect! No more having to pull my socks up out of my boots constantly!

I have small feet, so it's difficult to find socks that fit. Then when I find socks, it's typically not above the calf, so the socks constantly slip down. It's somewhat embarrassing when you're dressed in work (office) clothes, you sit down, and your dress socks have fallen to your ankles. These sock garters solved my problem. It works great. My socks now stay up and I maintain that professional look. So far, the garters have held up great and the clasp holds up my socks all day.

I use these everyday and love them. The only down side is that it can start to be annoying after about 13 hours of work...lol. It takes a bit to get find the right adjustment and use to it. Not sure how the summer, with heat and sweat, will have it feel on my leg. Overall it does the job with the least discomfort possible.

Bought these for my boyfriend who always complains about his socks falling down! They did work great the few times he got to wear them, but then one clip broke and that was end of that. He did think they were comfortable and did the job though.

They are pretty comfortable but the tarnish comes of and rusts the metal. The rust will stain your skin and quite frankly, I don't think that's a very good product.

These garters do the job of holding socks up, but the buckle has pointy edges that become irritating after a full day of wear. Taking a file to the corners and rounding them down a bit helps, though.

The sock garters seem to be well made, but the clips are a bit difficult to open and close and at times the strap that wraps around the calf muscle loosens up after being adjusted to the leg. Also, I noticed that the clips tend to be located more towards the front of the leg than equal distance to the side of the leg, but the sock garters do holdup the socks.
