This is the most expensive Chorizo I've ever purchased, however, cheaper than Beluga Caviar.! That said is without a doubt the richest, most favorable, Chorizo I've ever had in my life of 75 years. Rarely am I so effervescent about anything in this life. Tasting this authentic Spanish Chorizo has been an exceptional tasting experience. And, yes it is worth every penny! Excellent, just what I expected. Bought for an epic paella.

First time I buy from this site. This is not Ibérico quality. The texture was not the same. It brakes apart as you cut it. There is also no taste to it. I would truly like my money back.

The quality is top notch but it is a Spanish soft chorizo - great for paella and other similarly structured dishes... less great for tapas-like nibble food

I gave it to a co-worker who said it tastes like home, which is high praise for him.
