The best practical option for hauling heavy load on the beach
The Tommy Bahama All Terrain Beach Cart gets all the rave online. It appears that Costco sold and continues to sell a version of this that is quite a good value. I watched a great number of people push these beach carts around on their way to the beach, only to find themselves struggling with the cart on the sand. These carts are upright, and honestly don’t hold much within their fragile mesh. Mostly people hang lots of large items on the outside, making the cart unstable and unwieldy, in practice.I bought the Ollieroo Folding Beach Wagon for my last trip to he beach. It collapses into a surprisingly small footprint, for transportation by car. It has very large wheels designed for the beach, and its long handle is ergonomic and works quite well on wet sand. I won’t lie to you. It will still be a struggle, if you try to drag this wagon across dry sand. Almost nothing works well on dry sand – you’ll probably need a sleigh. Please send me inventor’s royalty fees if you start making and selling beach sleighs after reading this article.I chose this wagon, and not other similar products, because this one appeared to be better designed. The folding mechanism of the front wheels looked clever when I researched it, and indeed proved to be a space-saver. Other wagons either had front wheels fixed in the middle, thus making the wagon unstable, or did not fold into a compact block for storage. The long handle turned out to work better than short handles on the sand. The handle also folded down and locked in place, serving as an extra leg, when you stand or store the folded wagon upright. To collapse the wagon, you pull on the handle in the middle, and you are done.Attached pictures are from my trip in September. I spent more time than I wanted to, before the trip, researching for beach equipment to buy. After the trip I wrote a quick post on my blog summarizing what worked for me. Above paragraphs are pasted from my blog. The first picture shows the wagon on the beach next to other equipment I hauled across sand using this very same wagon. As I mentioned earlier, you'll have a bliss dragging this on wet sand. It will work on dry sand, but you'll have a workout. People complain about it. But honestly, what other better alternative are there for dragging heavy load on dry sand? You tell me.The second picture shows the wagon doing double duty as anchor to a giant octopus kite. The third shows how small this thing folds into. It takes up only a tiny amount of space in the trunk. The fourth one is an equirectangular panorama featuring this lone wagon on the Ogunquit Beach at low tide, before other beachgoers came and trampled all over the pristine wet sand. The view is deceiving. This beach is large, but not as expansive as the equirectangular image would make you believe. You'll need to go to Google Street View to get the right perspective.

Tires are tall enough and roll better than anything I've used in the past
I wanted a junk carry all for soft ground. We go to a lot of music events so it's everything from hauling water to chairs etc. Tires are tall enough and roll better than anything I've used in the past. It stows small enough that I have to look for it in the camper.

I'm happy with this purchase
Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. Sturdy, rides smooth. I use it to carry all my soccer coaching equipment. Good quality except the strap to lift/collapse the wagon popped off the second time I used it so that was disappointing. Wish there was a way to keep the handle up so it wouldn't slam on the ground. Haven't used on the beach yet, but will update if anything changes.

175-lb capacity is False Advertising
I bought this for the sturdy wheels and the 175-pound weight capacity in the description and the questions answered. The specifications paperwork that comes with the wagon says 150-lb capacity. I could have gotten this for much less as the other wagons available are also listed as having a 150-lb capacity.

Nice wagon, but not a beach wagon
It bought this wagon, primarily for the beach. It is a nice wagon, but it does not work well in sand.

Great product but front wheels buckle under.
Great wagon but design of front wheels is seriosly flawed. Purchased 2 back to back and both had same issue after a few uses. The weld that holds the front wheel bracket to the cross beam is on an angle and there is no additional support for the front wheels. The weld ripped out of the bar and the front wheel folds backwards.I think after 2 of these I am switching.

Multi-Use cart
My "cart" has never made it to the beach. I use it to transport file cartons from my office to my home almost daily. It's handy to use, sturdy, and folds to a nice storable size.

This wagon was so much better than another brand we used before
I've had the wagon just a week now. It arrived right before a work meeting so I used it to tote my gear into the session. It held all of my presentation equipment, literature and samples with no problem. it folded flat in the back of my Transit with no problem and was a breeze to unfold and get ready to load. This wagon was so much better than another brand we used before. The long handle makes using it much more comfortable. The cool thing is all loaded up it goes on and off hotel elevators easily. Nice job Ollieroo.
