Everything came perfect however after I unpacked and set up the mirror it was defective and wouldn't turn on. Super unhappy they wouldn't check to see if it all worked prior to sending the product now I have to re pack and return and wait for a new one

This is an excellent make-up mirror. The light produced is very bright, but also adjustable. The area is very large. The bulbs do not get hot. Everything arrived in pristine condition with no missing parts or breakage. It's expensive, but does the job perfectly, and I would buy it again.

My daughter used this about a month and the right side lights suddenly stopped coming on.Otherwise she loves the design, the brightness control and mostly the color temperature.Hopefully we can still return it.

At first everything was fine the lights work 5/5 then 3 months after the lights don’t work how am I supposed to do my makeup with no good lighting?

Great product!!! Bought it for my gf for her bday gift and she loves it. Installation was easy just four easy screws to put on the base. Also came with two spare bulbs. Would definitely recommend this vanity mirror.

Unit defective upon set up now having to try to repackage a mirror and light bulbs to return
