This product is great and easy to digest. I used it for quite a while now and it helped lower my A1C.I was 5.7 and after taking it and doing blood work my A1C came back at 5.4. Highly recommend it!

This is great to manage sugar. But u need to have it 15 min before meal for it to work. Having it in empty stomach gave me heartburn a little. Hence I used to have a glass of milk first and then have 2 caps. After waiting for 15 min I eat my meal. That is the only way I could manage my sugar with these. And obviously 15 min after meal helped even more.

This is my favorite brand of Berberine. I take this to help lower my A1c and it works great.

Ladies, this is for you, i’ve had a suspicion for a long time that I have had an issue with insulin resistance. I have been very consistent at the gym, counting my calories and was never overweight, but always puffy and couldn’t lose weight anymore despite all my efforts. I bought this product thinking that it would help me lose weight but found out that it was very dangerous for me. I took 1 capsule just to try it out as I always do with any new product that I purchase. My chest started pounding and I could hardly breathe. I started drinking a lot of water to try to help out my situation. This pounding of my chest lasted for about 20-30 minutes then started to fade out. I was so relieved that I didn't have to go to the hospital. The only good thing that came out of this was it definitely woke me up so I'm not sure if the green tea is really decaffeinated or not or maybe it was something else that is in the ingredients. Be careful.Update...I found out that this product made my heart go into Afib when I went to the ER for something else unrelated. My heart rate was 170 and I could of had a stroke. I spent 9 days in the hospital and now on medication for my heart...I'm devastated..!! Right now I'm on 3 heart meds and I don't know what's going to happen to me next...I'm struggling to get around. In my wildest dreams I would of never thought a "natural" supplement would do this to me because I've taken 1000's of pills before in my life...PLEASE be very careful taking these pills...!!!! I hope the doctors can help me to straighten out my heart or I'm going to be crippled for the rest of my life...😢💔
