Special Marinade
WE have used this for many years as part of a family recipe for a steak marinade used on thinner cuts of lesser quality. After an appropriate period of marinating the meat is quickly grilled. It is very tender and flavorful. Without the Adolph's it is not the same and we found nothing to take it's place. We do not use it by itself, but as an ingredient in the marinade we use.
