Pelican1300 No Foam Black Case (1300NF)

Of course it works! I can't comment on the water resistance as I don't routinely toss these things off the end of a dock but after viewing lots & lots of videos I assume it works. Durability? I really don't know because my oldest Pelican case is not yet five years old. I do know they are built like a tank and the 1300 model is just the right size for my application. If you need the finest in protection, buy the Pelican!

Pelican continues to live up to their reputation. This box is tough and well built. I would bury stuff in the backyard with this box and not have to worry about the elements destroying my goodies- it's that beastly. The space inside is big enough to have 3, 50 round boxes of 45acp ammo on a 1" foam base, a layer of 1" foam on top of the ammo, then a full size pistol with 2 mags laid beside it followed by another layer of 1" foam. Going to buy another soon

Typical Pelican quality. Far and away the best cases on the market if you need something that can take a beating and keep going.

I bought the Pelican 1600 case once I learned that SWAT and law enforcement use Pelican cases. I've never had a defect, or a malfunction with any of my Pelican cases. Don't take my word for it. Do your own research, then buy one.
