AxxessAX-TOYCAM3-6V Toyota Back-Up Camera Retain/Add-On with 6 Volt Turn on

TL/DR Car stereo dealer/installer could not order this part for me. I ordered it, it worked perfectly in my 2014 RAV4. I did NOT get the above part from the Amazon seller as they were closed due to the pandemic, however I found another source for this exact part number.Long version: the Toyota Entune head unit started an endless update loop that I was unable to stop cycling. Literally the only thing that still worked was the screen for the backup camera. A little bit of internet research told me, "He's dead, Jim."Dealership wanted ~$1300 PLUS labor to replace it (not sure if it would have been replaced with the same thing (which, by my research is a piece of junk) or a newer model without the issues.I went to my local Best Buy and purchased a new Kenwood head unit and everything needed to install it in our RAV4. I was notified by the salesperson at Best Buy that the only thing they could not directly order from their fulfillment was the wiring harness. The salesperson gave me a link to this seller on Amazon where I attempted to order it. I was informed in a timely manner that the seller was on hiatus because of the 'rona.So I used my mad internet search skillz and found it from another seller (and $20 less expensive - KILLIN' IT!!!) I arrived at my installation appointment with the wiring harness in my hot little hand, gave it to the installer and he went to work. About an hour or so later I had a new stereo installed and the backup camera works PERFECTLY! I am a seriously happy camper!

Ordered this for my 2016 rav4. Didn’t work. Waiting for seller to contact meEdit. Loose wire. Works as needed

The product works but the price is high.

Didn’t use it. Camera worked fine without it and this would have been a hassle to install with the Maestro harness. My factory camera is getting 12v and performing fine. Will update if it burns out b

Needed this part for a switchout of my radio to one that allowed Android and iPhone to communicate the GPS option on my phone. Mechanic said part fit perfectly.

How is it possible that I bought the AX-TOYCAM3-6V. Outside packaging had correct model number but when it didn’t fit, I checked the model number on one of the wires and was actually LD-TOYCAM3 REV A. Completely different model. Waste of time!
