At 33 lbs., the Air-33 is currently the lightest folding e-bike on the market. Its 350 watt motor & 36V battery make it quick and very responsive. With three modes of riding- regular pedaling, pedal-assist, and/or throttle, your daily rides can be customized however you wish. You can sweat a lot or a little depending on how you feel. With 20" tires and foldability, it is easily stored in the truck of a car or closet space. Its range is 25 - 30 miles and it has a throttle speed of 18 mph. By using pedal-assist, you can travel faster. As with all of our bikes, we warranty the frame for 7 years & the battery for 2 years. We pride our electric bikes on our stellar customer service, so please do not hesitate to reach out or visit us at: www.electrobike.com.

Good bike but is it worth the price?
I've had the bike for about two weeks now and, while generally it is a fun product, it simply comes up short in most categories compared to the marketing.First off, let's start with the weight. The bike as delivered does not weight 33 lbs. I even called a dealer in southern California, before ordering, and asked to clarify if the weight was in fact with or without the battery.... they responded the weight _did_ included the battery. The scale at my local bike shop disagrees and indicated the bike weights about 38/39lbs as-delivered.Second, the quoted speed and assist numbers are misleading. Under full throttle power (no pedaling) the bike achieves about 16.5mph with me on it on flat level ground (I weight about 175lbs). The marketing says 20mph. Under combined pedal assist power I can achieve about 18.5mph. Theoretically I could go a bit faster (maybe 20mph?) but the limitation is the gearing and how fast I can pedal the final gear, not my leg strength. The marketing says 25mph under pedal power. (note that all these speeds are based off what the computer on the bike shows me)Third, there was no manual delivered with the bike. The manual online shows a completely different electronics system. The Amazon Service supplier who assembled my bike agreed with me that the incorrect manual is associated online and I'm still waiting on him to get word back from the manufacturer. On to some good things:- So far the range is excellent, the quoted 24-46 miles (depending on assist level/terrain/rider/etc...) seems very reasonable.- The power and gearing are plenty for making it up steep hills with relative ease.- The front and back wheels have magnetic caps which can lock together when the bike is folded. This is handy if you need to roll the bike around when it's folded.Final Thoughts:- I paid $1699 for this bike, a premium over the other Chinese discount folding electric bikes at the time (June 2017). I paid that premium especially for reduced weight - the 33lbs, which is supposedly the reason for the namesake "Air-33". As that has come up short, I'm wondering if I would've been just as well off with one of the $600-$800 folding Chinese ebikes.- At the time of writing this review (July 2017) the price is on sale at $1350. That might tip the cost/benefit ratio a bit but since that isn't what I paid I can't base my review on that.- I would really love if this bike had another gear on the high end, I could easily ride it 20% faster from a power perspective, but the gearing makes it impossible.- I was able to get free assembly by a local bike shop from Amazon at the time of ordering. That worked great. They did a good job with the build, and walked me through using the bike and were very helpful. At the price of free, I can only recommend it!
