DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY ON ANY OTHER BRUSH!!!
As a professional painter for 48 years, I have tried every paintbrush on the market. Purdy Nylox(soft) is by far the best brush for latex paint. Appropriately kept clean, I can get 1-2 years of daily use out of 1 brush and still use the brush for exterior jobs after that. No other brush has ever been able to hold up to a Purdy! A project painter will receive a lifetime of quality use. The brush holds more paint and applies smoothly and easily with minimal hand fatigue.

Reliable
My favorite brush as a everyday paint contractor. Holds more paint then the standard brushes and a little bit thicker! Definitely recommend! Hard to find in paint stores.

After four lacquer coats on a 10" x 40" plywood board, only one bristle fell out.
This quality brush made for a nice painting experience compared to the cheap dozen paint brushes that are always losing a bristle.
