S is for Sri Lankan (Alphabet Cooking)

Purchased this item as a Xmas gift for a friend that recently got married in Sri Lanka, so they can try and re-create the famous Sri Lankan egg hoppers! The book itself is great, exactly what I was looking for in terms of recipes and imagery inside the book. Love the concept of alphabet cooking, where books can be added to the collection from other countries. A little disappointed that the item did not arrive in perfect condition - a few scuffs and scrapes are visible around the top and bottom of the book. Not ideal when this is being given as a gift.

Great book with lots of recipes. Just wish there were more interesting revipes in the desserts section.
