Jolly Time Popcorn Kernels, Gourmet Popping Corn for Air Popper Machine or Stovetop, Select White Pop Corn, 30 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I finally figured out how to cook it the right way! This popcorn popped into nice big unsoggy, unchewy crunchy crispy kernels. I don't care if it tastes like movie popcorn as long as it's big and crunchy. So I used a thin bottom pot on medium heat with a very light slick of oil. I put in four kernels, and when they started to pop, which took a few minutes, I poured in the rest - 1/3 cup. And then I shook it now and then but not all the time, because it takes a second to get up to the right heat. Oh, by the way I used a very deep pot used for steaming couscous! Anyhow, it worked great and because I didn't use a lot of oil, a lot of steam was not generated. Steam makes the popcorn chewy - yuck. So that's my story and I'm sticking to it. If you’re an old fashioned popcorn maker this is the best! I like white popcorn but it can sometimes be small and have a lot of kernels. Not this one! It pops nice and big, it’s packaged for freshness, and my family and I love it!

This is the only kind we ever purchase because it is so delicious. Usually very few unpopped kernels are left in the bowl.

Just a great popcorn… very few kernels that don’t pop. And the taste is great.

Best pop corn for the money. I love popcorn and eat it every day instead of potato chips. It's a lot more satisfying. I use this brand in an air popper and it comes out great. Then I add olive oil and seas salt. So good.
