Upon receiving the package, I noticed it was quite dirty, prompting me to wash it. Despite my efforts, I found dirt inside the lid that was difficult to reach and remained there. Furthermore, the device had poor performance; even after charging it for 3 hours, it would only run for about 1 minute. The blender frequently became jammed, and its functionality did not align with the advertised claims. It operated slowly, and I cannot recommend it. The price I paid felt quite high for what I received.However, I'd like to update my review to mention that after a few days, the customer service team reached out to me. They provided a full refund and sent a replacement unit. I appreciate their excellent customer care, and based on this positive resolution, I would now rate my experience 5 stars.

I have to say I was so excited for this item to arrive especially after reading the reviews.On the day it arrived we were off to the zoo, I cleaned it out. Took a load of fruit with me. At lunch time I added fruit and some milk to the blender and was ready for my lunch. I had charged the blender on the morning as directed to.Unfortunately it didn’t work at all, much to my and my children’s dissatisfaction.We went home I cleaned it out, put it on charge again, then tried again. This time it worked intermittently. This wasn’t what I was expecting so I really annoyingly I returned the item.I would like to buy a second one just in case this was a faulty product. But given it’s such a hassle to keep returning items ( although they are free to return) I won’t be re purchasing this one. I may look at one of the other makes, this is such a fabulous idea, if it worked ! I will give this item 0 stars if I could, I can’t so I will it 1 star … ⭐️

Originally I bought this product and there was a something wrong with the first product. The seller was quick to action, sending me another and giving a refund. So first and foremost for me that is a five star service.Now about the product: If you are considering getting this product here is what to know.First it is light and portable. I have used it to blend frozen mangos, cucumber and spinach. I was surprised by how good it came out. The first time I tried it came out more like a slushy with a few bits of fruits lightly chopped as opposed to blended. However when I added more liquid the second time I tried to make this sometime. The content was very much like a smoothie/juice as I wanted.If you are blending frozen fruits, be aware of how much quantity of solid fruit and liquid you add. The blender performs much better when there is a good amount of liquid and not too many frozen or hard fruits.When blending ginger that had been cut into pieces and beetroots, it performed well on the first go. It is easy to clean as well.What to consider before buying, this is really a personal blender as opposed to a family size. That is to say, it makes plenty of juice/smoothies for 1 person but would say consider something else if you want to make huge quantity.As it is a bottleneck, you either have to put things from the bottom and then close it that way or cut things into little piece.Of course a big blender will have plenty of advantages including direct line power. However considering that this is portable, light and make good smoothie I would give this a 4.5 star!

This is good can only get a small amount in and charge doesn't hold needs charging every day. Liquid runs down base as can not be immersed it makes it more difficult to clean. Depends on what you want it for

Delivery was good but giving one star as unable to use. Charged it overnight and when tried to use it battery still showing like its ran out! I think I got a faulty product with the battery! Its useless! I don't understand how people are giving it 4-5 stars! Just get a Ninja portable blender from Curry! Might be a little expensive but at least it doesn't disappoint you!!

Great design but the battery only lasts after making 3 smoothies and the charger isnt great it's a real shame as I wanted to keep it but I want something that I don't have to charge after each smoothie to make sure it works plus it's on the expensive side and I don't think it's worth it

It’s easy to use, convenient but not at £40! First of all, I find the cap isn’t leak proof. For something you need to turn upside down with liquid in it, doesn’t really retain all the liquid well.Also, I find it annoying that I can’t make a full bottle of juice. The blender part itself needs lots of room at the bottom to shut otherwise you can’t blend which means once blended and swapped for the other cap, you lose volume of whatever liquid you had in there in the first place. It’s also not that quiet. Like I couldn’t just turn it on in an open office without everyone starring to look at what’s going on.It’s pretty cool and it allows me to have more veg/fruit but it would have been worth it if it was half the price! For all the faults I found, wish i’d paid less and ordered it from China directly.
