It will pull down into the rear tire area
I bought this for my 2009 cbr1000rr and they work great. The only complaint I have is that the bottom pulls in when tightening it toward the tire. My dad bought this for his 2004 GSXR 1000 and used some zip ties on the top(between the 2 saddle bags) to counter the tension pulled in from the bottom and that helped a ton. There is a notable difference in road wear from mine to his.

Must have luggage.
I own a 2006 Honda CBR600RR with the rear fender removed. The luggage was fast and easy to install to the rear foot pegs. I also got the tail bag to go with them and when together they are solid and secure. I held a weeks worth of clothes, tools and my laptop and firearms. When at the hotel it was four snaps of the securing clips and my bags were in the room and free to run around town as a race bike. The only thing I found bad that I could say about these bags is that they need a heavier duty zipper, like the zipper on the tank bag. It doesn't take much to pop the zipper out of track. So if packing your bags full, just be careful not to pull to hard on the zipper strap... But all in all, best damn addition to my bike, they went 2500 miles through rain, wind and high speeds and didn't even move. I will never have the "I want hard bags for my bike" thoughts ever again.RIDE IT LIKE YA STOLE IT!!!!

First impressions are good.
It arrived on time and first impressions are good. It looks like decent quality materials, it was easy to put on with wide Velcro straps on top and four snap buckles holding the bottom. Unsnap the four buckles and you can lift the whole thing off and carry like luggage with the hand strap across the top. I put it on backwards so I can access the pockets without having to get off the saddle, and it clears upswept pipe on my ZRX1100 with plenty of room. (Facing the normal way it's closer to the pipe but still clears it.) The bags also expand out the side an inch or so if needed.I think they look good and durable, and I'll update either up to 5 or down to 2 stars depending on how they hold up on this weekend's 6 hour trip to Laconia.

I love these saddle bags
I love these saddle bags, they are great for travel and can fit so much stuff. I still have them on my bike and they have taken me from Pensacola all the way to Myrtle Beach and back again! They are very durable I've dropped and layed down my bike plenty of times with these bad boys on and can hardly tell. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is cause of the way the rain covers sit on. They don't clasp all the way around and because of this you can't actually ride in the rain with them on or in windy weather. If you do you risk them getting blown off cause there is nothing to actually clip them in place. Other than that great item to have for any rider who's bike didn't come with saddle bags.

So Far, So Good.
Have been gearing up for the first big trip of the Spring—two weeks from now. It's a five day ride and I figured I might need some luggage. Read many reviews, looked at soft bags, hard bags and leather bags. For the price and the style, I picked the Cortech 2.0's. Super easy to install. If you get confused, just look the bags up on youtube. Loaded the bags with about ten pounds of stuff in each to take the bike out for a test run (i've never ridden with luggage, other than a small backpack). Blew out 260 miles of interstate riding and never felt the presence of the luggage, and it was a windy day. Feeling good about my upcoming trip. Might order the top bag that attaches to theses saddlebags so i'll be able to take more stuff with me. I ride a 2007 Triumph Bonneville. These bags look good on the bike and feel solid. They came with rain covers, but let's hope the April trip is all blue skies (I'll keep hoping that I win the lottery, too).

Great Product! Bad Fit! TERRIBLE Customer Service!
UPDATE: I still think these bags are great BUT because they are not made to fit every bike correctly, I would recommend you find out first. Even after I spent a lot of time fabricating a spacer to keep my bags from contacting my read tire, they still did on my first long trip and now the one bag is ruined. My Amazon seller, MxMegastore, AND Cortech, the manufacturer would do NOTHING about it. Even after a bunch of emails and phone calls! I didn't even ask for my money back, just to replace the ruined bag - NOPE! I will never buy another product from MxMegastore or Cortech! Very disappointed in both of them - even Amazon too because they deferred me to the seller and that was worthless.Original Post: So well designed and made! Many great features and looks really nice on my Ducati Monster. It was a little tricky to figure out how to attach it - the directions are not written to explain how to attach the saddlebags alone (without the tail bag). Plus, in my case with the Monster, I didn't account for the suspension compressing and allowing the bags to come near the rear tire. On my first trip with weight in the bags, they contacted the tire at speed and the tire wore slightly into the outer fabric. Bummer! Now I have to fabricate some sort of spacer to hold the bags farther away from the frame and subsequently the rear tire. Otherwise these bags are super nice! Very happy with this purchase! Can't wait to use them and the tail bag on a long trip! - Update: Well that was the first and last trip for the saddlebags!

good saddlebag system for sportbike
Mounted these on a CBR600RR with the matching tailbag. The bags rest on the back of your bike and attach to anything via some straps with fastex buckles. The tailbag bucks into the saddle bags via four buckles. The over the bike straps come with two no-scratch covers that may or may not help.Features I'd like to point out:-Expandable via some zippers-Comes with rain covers that are effective and stay on at 90mph.-Retroreflective piping-Easy to take off and take into the motel with you-Maintain shape at speedCons:-Generic mounting solution isn't really firm. Requires cargo loops on the rear fender that I don't have-I kick it every time I mount the bike. Supersports and luggage don't get along.Rating: 4/5. Its overall a good system. Great build quality, looks good, holds a ton.

Excellent saddle bag for sportsbike!
Fits any sports bike. I like the good quality material. Easy to install. Sharp looking design! Also, there is an option for easily attached seat bag. Holds enough for 3-4 days trip on a sport bike. When you ride in the rain, rain goes inside the bottom of the rain cover. It's not a big issue. You can easily find a solution. Just make a small drain hole to let the water out. I am very satisfied with this saddle bag and this is my second purchase for my other motorcycle.

Great quality, great for the long rides
Very easy to install. A couple of clips, adjust the velcro and it's as stable as you could want! I haven't had to expand the bags yet, as they've taken everything I've needed to throw in them. Quality is excellent. Rode for 6 hours through 35 degrees plus (Celsius) weather and had no issues with the bags getting too hot. I'd buy again (if I ever had to).
