Was shopping around for some new earphones and finally settled on these ones. They have great noise cancellation and sound good with pretty effective bass too. Volume isn't ideal as (with my phone at least) the volume control on the earphones themselves is separate to the volume adjustment on the phone so you have to adjust both to get decent sound. Took a bit of getting used to the shape and adjusting them to fit in the ear well but the smaller earphone caps work best for me, good to have the different options. The battery lasts well and the case charges quickly too. Overall they do sound good and you can adjust some of their settings through the Sennheiser app as well. A decent option if you're looking for some new wireless earphones.

I'm a bit of a audiophile so wanted to buy a decent pair of earphones for walking the dog. I already have a pair of wired Sennheiser earphones which are amazing so thought I would give these a go.The sound is great all round, I would prefer a tiny little bit more bass but still impressive for wireless earbuds.They are really comfy and feel really secure but most of all I love the features of the earbuds. A tap of the left ear and it pauses the music and bypasses outside ambient sound so you can easily have a conversation without having to take an earbud out - you can also press the right ear bud whilst in the mode and the music will play with the ambient sound also on - good if you want to maintain awareness of your surroundings whilst listening. Alternatively, when you remove one earbud from your ear, the buds recognise this and automatically pause playback - another really useful feature.I've had earbuds in the past with touch controls and they were pretty temperamental but these seem really responsive.Highly recommended these earbuds and doubt you could get as good sound quality and build quality for any cheaper.

These earphones have impeccable sound quality, in which I love about them. The only issue is they seemed to die off after around 6 months (left earphone sound started to play up), and this seems to be a persistent issue from online reading

Considering the reputation of Sennheiser I was expecting a premium experience from the headphones I purchased to replace the vastly cheaper Sony headphones I'd bought previously but lost.I didn't rebuy the Sony headphones because the microphone was poor.My first impressions of this set of headphones was they were made of an incredibly slippery material, and were extremely difficult to actually remove and replace into the storage case.Next I was less than impressed with the microphone being of equally poor quality to the far cheaper Sony product they replaced.Finally and worst of all, the right ear bud has simply ceased to function in under 5 months.I will be returning them with the intention of retrieving a refund, and I'm sorely disappointed by this product.

Got a set of foam buds for these and they're easily the best TW earphones I've ever used.Battery will last a whole day easily, with the charge case I can make it almost a week without needing to charge the case.Passthrough is brilliant and means I don't have to take them out if someone wants my attention.Only downside is they're quite bulky, but if you're buying them for function over form they're the best in class.

Really good earphones, can't stress enough how amazing they are

I am probably being a bit picky but the touch controls to me cause more problems than there worth, always seem to be knocking them off or changing volume by mistake. They are decent in sound but that’s all I can say. I have since bought a pair of bose over ear headphones, and only use the cxs for occasional listening.

Had these earbuds for roughly 3 months, and the right earbud has started to have audio issues. Where it will intermittently not play any sound, unless it is in the 'right spot', and/or manipulated. Now walking with the right earbud, it will continue to cut audio in and out.So even with the excellent sound quality and nice features, I do not recommend buying this product.
