Cycle Dog Bottle Opener Recycled Dog Collar, Purple Lava Lamp, Medium

Our original purchase of this item was pretty spontaneous in a local art district. We liked the idea of a material that would not absorb odors and the designs were just plain cute! The bottle opener, though we don't use it for that does occasionally generate inquiries and conversation when we are out and about. The product has definitely lived up to the marketing promises. The collars are very durable and resist odors. We have handed down one collar after a few years to a new dog from one who passed. We have also retired the collar of another dog due to wear and tear, but replaced it with another design. The newer collars have a "seatbelt" release, but we chose to purchase the plastic clip release instead since we are comfortable with that design. The newest collar has been improved with a metal frame to adjust the size that also boasts a place to add tags in lieu of the bottle opener. We're sold on this collar and would recommend it to others!

I have been using Cycle Dog collars for the past 4 years and just love them. It recycles bike tire rubber which doesn't irritate the skin of my dogs. The bottle opener actually comes in handy. Oh, and my dogs look GOOD !!!!

Because the backs of the collars are rubber (made from recycled bicycle tire inner tubes) they never get a funky, stinky smell. The patterns are great and there is a bottle opener on it to boot!

Pretty collar. Doesn't get stinky when it gets wet. The bottle opener is great and my dog loves coming to people with her collar to help them open their bottles.I love that it is made of recycled material right here in Oregon.

They are made from recycled materials. So far they have been holding up just fine. They do dry much quicker than a normal collar and don't interfere with the electric fence collar we have. Love the bottle opener, as well!

My border collie actually picked out this purple collar herself. She was very excited when it came in and was excited to try it on. She loves it. The only complaint I have is that there isn't a place to hang her tags. I had to hang them from the bottle opener but they fall off all the time for some reason. Never had that issue with a collar before.
