It's a good product. I use it for meal substitution and it works. Keep me full for three to four hours. Good source of vitamins. Tastes good, No gas or discomfort. I also mix it with my protein shakes sometimes.

The package says vanilla flavor, but this product is near as bland as it can be. I have also noticed that within an hour or so after taking this with milk, I have indigestion problems. No I'm not lactose intolerant, as I use milk on a daily basis and it does not upset my stomach. I would not recommend this product to anyone else.

Slippery texture. Even worse after adding fruit and ice. I couldn't get past it.

I like this product alot, but I do need to add fruit to it because it taste like the powder, but it's good

It is very good and I look forward to more. I have noticed the Vanilla isn't available and wondering if it will be available , I don't like Mango. Also I would really like it in Chocolate and wondering if it will be available?

I got the mango/passion fruit flavor since I dislike vanilla. The aftertaste is disgusting and cannot pair with any liquid to make it taste better. Really disappointed.

taste awful, so sick I can barely down 8 oz. Ideal shake is 100% better.
