Good Product
I add it to my tea and drink it along with my tea. I can feel the taste ginger very well. After starting using the first Jar, I ordered another jar for my office.

Hard to find ingredient - ground curry leaves
I have been purchasing hard to find items on Amazon for years. This time the recipe called for curry leaves (whole or ground). All I found at local stores and online was curry powder with all the ingredients added. My recipe was "from scratch" so I had to grind and mix the curry leaves with the other ingredients. Finding this ground powder allowed me to make the recipe and compare with store bought. It was delicious.

Really very nice the onions flavor several of my recipes. There appearance and quality were what I expected.

Deserves a zero review but I can’t do that. Item wasn’t in a jar as shown, it was in a plastic sealed bag. There was a small best by date of 2 months ago stuck loosely over the original date. The original best before date was actually more than 3 years ago. Disgusting.
