Closest Option to Horlick's Malted Milk Tablets, Yet!!!
I am sooo thrilled with these "Milk Flakes"! I have been searching for a decent replacement for the long-lost and hopelessly coveted Horlick's Malted Milk Tablets for years...you know, the ones they used to sell in jars in the drug store. I have tried Roscela Tablet Malt Candy and the Thailand milk tablets ("Good Candy Milk Tablet for Your Children Thai Royal" here on Amazon). Neither the Roscela nor Thailand milk tablets come close to Horlicks (what a letdown!). So, I went completely on a blind limb to try these, only because of their appearance.I wasn't expecting these "Milk Flakes" to be what I had hoped for, but oh wow! Surprise!! They are the closest in flavor and texture I have yet to find to Horlicks. I couldn't be happier. They are a bit spendy but wow, you get a ton of them! And, at $2.04/ounce, the price is better than the other two I tried, too! These are so good, too! Love the texture. I am beyond thrilled! Yay!!

Not like Horlick’s malted milk tablets
Have a decent milky taste but NO malt flavor. About the size of a thick nickel & a lot of individually wrapped pieces. No indication how many nor calories. Back to shopping…
