Good value for money as a well known brand. Light weight. Base of the stand is very light which means fan can topple over easily with knock. Should have been a slightly heavier

Easy to setup and works great although bits of the assembly can be fiddly. The screw and nut for the grille is TINY so make sure you look out for it when unpacking. Plus it can be tricky to screw it on because its small. There's not much space and might take a couple of triesOtherwise good fan and does what it needs to!

Russell Hobbs fan. This is a great fan, I'm lying in bed nice and cool with my fan on, as this June 2025 has been so hot. It's easy to fit all the parts together, there's a leaflet telling step by step what to do, also in the leaflet it shows you how to build the fan with each component shown and which to do 1st step by step, easy. It the best thing I've bought in ages, very happy. 👍Power is amazing, it's like a strong wind, very sturdy, easy to use, and the size is great as you can move it up and down to suit your needs.its better than my old fan, it's more powerful, function easy to use and move around. Great for hot weather. Very happy 😁

Beyond a certain point the included instructions are useless and I've been left to guess how to fit the silver pole into the lower white pole so that it's safe. I thought I had it, but within seconds the weight of the motor and the fan cage caused the connection to fail and the fan cage and motor fell to the floor. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please? How does the silver pole connect to and stay in the lower white pole with the black teeth. Using the big white threaded nut isn't enough to hold it. Is the silver pole supposed to go inside or outside the black teeth? Thank you.

Great fan, quite sturdy, nice and easy to assemble and great value for money. Only snag with the fan is after a month of constant use it has developed a small noise whenever it reaches a certain point in its oscillation. Not the end of the world for the price but gets more noticeable the higher the speed setting.

I bought this fan a couple of weeks ago, and to be fair, for the price, it does the job. It moves air well enough and was easy to set up straight out of the box. Initially, I was quite happy with it.However, after about two weeks of regular use, it started making an annoying noise whenever it reaches a certain point in its oscillation. It's not super loud, but it's definitely noticeable—especially if you're trying to sleep or concentrate. A bit disappointing, considering it was fine at first.Overall, it's okay for the money, but if you're looking for something long-lasting or really quiet, you might want to spend a little more for better build quality.
