Sicuramente non ergonomico ma la funzione di raffreddamento e calore è perfetto, lo uso la sera e mi rilassa tantissimo! Non so come riesca a raffreddare così tanto è pazzesco! Lo consiglio a tutti ma con una postilla, l'apparecchio è abbastanza pesante per me non utilizzabile da seduta ma solamente quando sono sdraiata!
