Nice handrail that doesn’t require making holes in my hot tub The original box was missing hardware but the company immediately shipped out a new set of hardware.

Nice hand rail, however has a bit of a give to it. It will wobble, but it is still able to prevent and accident incase of a loss of balance.This is the reason we purchased it. I was worried about a fall into the tub. I assembled and installed it mid winter under a fill tub by prying a space using a crowbar.So far the led has survived several rainstorms, it's almost useless, but looks cool when my tub lights are programed to match the blue.I don't see any rust stains yet.

I am 71 years young lady and I put it together in about 30 minutes with just a photo to look at. The light was a bit tricky as NO instructions whatsoever, but I figured it out with sheer determination! I’d recommend this product. It also shipped in a sturdy box, well packed with all the pieces.

It needs to be anchored at the base. It was no problem to do so and made a great difference. I ordered two as I am somewhat handicapped. They were perfect

I bought this rail for my father in law to use beside his hot tub because he fell one day. This was delivered to me and because the bottom plate is heavy it must've ripped the box in shipping and the hardware and instructions fell out. I contacted seller and they shipped me both missing pieces. I put it together tonight and it's going to be perfect. I have a picture to upload to show the finished product and the light is cool! I hope my father in law will not fall now!

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great product. Like that it swings so I can use to enter or exit spa. It’s sturdy and perfect color to match spa, and outdoor furniture. Great safety must have if you own a hot tub. 5 stars from me. Delivered as promised. Thank you Amazon

I recommend for those who want a handrail for their spa...be aware that you need to install this on an EMPTY spa. Assembly is very easy, but don't count on the instructions to help you much. I appreciated the inclusion of all the tools you need to assemble in the hardware pouch. The LED light assembly is not even mentioned in the instructions, but you quickly figure out that you have to disconnect the switch and install it from the outside....the rest of the unit slides into the handle after you reconnect the battery pack.

great quality and it makes getting in and out of the hot tub a lot safer.
