Very poor quality and as mentioned in the product spec that the pieces are magnetic but it was not.

I rated this an overall five because I bought this for my daughter and her little friends. Prior to purcharsing I was not expecting this item to last long and I told her not too either. That saved me a lot of trouble because one of the chains ripped by the second day. For one of the other girls, the gemstone fell off. Tragedy if you don't prepare the kids for this. My kids friend cried but thankfully I was just able to tell them I will get something to replace it so I got them keychains and they forgot about it. How can they all not have matching necklaces!? (Huge eye roll!) Preteens I tell ya. Anyhow, prepare them that this is a nice gift but it will not last long and will give them a rash. Just fun little thing for them to share and if you know this ahead of time then it will make things ok once these eventually start falling apart.They all came in one felt bag and were in individually wrapped plastic baggies which made it easier to give out. Again, good product and served the intention but not going to last long, however we do get what we pay for. Basically a novelty item if you will.

Gave this to my friend for her 12th birthday. She loved it, and so did my other two BFFs and I. Pretty good quality, and is absolutely beautiful. Only thing I didn't like was that if you try to put all four pieces together, they don't completely fit together; I mean you have to like rotate some pieces a little bit for them to all stay fit. Overall, a great gift for birthdays. I mean, you can hardly find BFF necklaces for four anymore and this one worked out perfectly. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

I wasn’t expecting a long life for these necklaces based on the price but my daughter and her friends picked these out. They arrived this morning and my daughter wore hers to school. She came home and the chain had broken. There is a gap in one of the links and the metal is pretty flimsy. Instead of making it weaker I’m going to be looking for sturdier chains so they can still use the charms.

My daughter bought the rose gold color for her and her friends. The chain caused an allergic reaction to her neck that broke out in a rash and discoloration. She's 7 years old and was hurting all evening and the next day. The chain also lost its color on the first day she wore it.

My daughter wanted this. She is LIVID thru do not actually form a heart. The pieces don’t fit together. She won’t use them at all.
