Q: i bought this for heat wave it’s making a mechanical noise in right ear should it do that

Mine doesn’t. You can hear the fan but it just a general quiet background hum.

Q: Does the red light go off when it's fully charged

No. I sent it back because of that but they replied and told me it stays on and should be fully charged after about 2 hours. I bought it as a present and the person loves it.

Q: Does the air only come up from the vents not from the side fans as well am I doing something wrong?

There like head phones ant they and the air comes out the sort of ear pieces and vents at the side
