I bought this recently and I truly love it.

I LOVE THIS faucet. With the sensor, I almost never touch the handle except to change temperature. It's super handy when you've been cooking and have gunky hands. I especially like not having to touch the handle after washing my hands. Just wave in front of the sensor. Reasonable price.

The faucet looks great, and worked fine for ~9months, but then it broke and started spraying water out the sides directly above the nozzle. This was of course annoying as whenever you ran the sink you got wet. Eventually the entire nozzle came off exposing a single ball joint, causing a single line of water with a lot of pressure.The faucet was still under warranty, so I was able to have replacement parts sent. But given Kraus is suppose to be a reputable brand I find it ridiculous that everyday use easily broke this faucet in only 9 months. I am not hopeful that the replacement parts will last very long and of course I will be outside of the 1 year warranty now. I DO not recommend this faucet.

I bought my faucet in 2022. I liked it a lot, but now 2 years in, both the motion sensor are faulty (it will turn on and not turn off (yes, i swapped the batteries)) and it leaks at the swivel. Now the swivel is prone to coming off. I think this product is poorly designed, because there's not much in that swivel head holding it secure. The icing on the cake is that there's no simple catalog of parts to order from making repair a hassle. I'm just going to replace the whole unit with another brand. I don't expect things to last forever, but i do expect a high traffic item like a kitchen faucet that you're meant to grab by the sprayer to have more than one, easily deformed ring holding it in place. For the price, i would pass on this product.

Bought this faucet to replace a Delta touch faucet that had gone bad. The Krauss is well engineered, extremely easy to install, and in every way superior to the Delta. The sensor is very effective and allows you to adjust the facucet without turning it off and on. The water pressure is much better than from the Delta. Don't waste your money on the Delta.

So the faucet looks great and has great water pressure... However... there are a few issues:1. It does't mount flush like it should. I don't seem to have done anything wrong, and other pictures seem to suggest I installed it correctly, but for some reason I cannot get mine to sit flush. Not a huge deal but would like know if I am doing something wrong or if I need to use that base that came with it (I don't like the look of that).2. The electronic valve thing isn't functioning properly. If I turn the sink on, the automatic valve closes after like 2 seconds. I then have to touch it to start the water. This has happened multiple times.3. The valve or filter or something internal broke, so now zero hot water and when turned to hot, comes out as a cold trickle. I was running the sink up to temperature after installing, everything was working great. Then, there was a noise and a flash of black (I assume carbon from the filter) cloud in the water coming out. It started to sputter and then stopped. So not sure what happened, but assume that something inside broke.Also, I called customer service at noon on a Friday when they are supposed to be open. No response. No response to the email, either. So here I am, spending all weekend with a kitchen sink that doesn't get hot. And if I have to do anything to it I am going to have to spend some more money with a plumber to fix and/or replace... Would just be nice to get ahold of someone.
