I bought this to control my pure breed red nose pitbull as he’s been a little disobedient on his walks (pulling, grass eating). He’s 77 lbs of pure muscle & this leash is perfect for corrections and keeping him close.No better leash than a slip leash. And the way this one is made surprised me, the handle part for your hand is comfortable and the stretch on the the rope is very minor , comfortable for your hand and for your dog

Good length at 4 feet for my small dog. Bright red color matches his therapy dog harness. The rubber "tube" that holds the neck loop in place is very strong. Might be a bit difficult for someone with weak hands to set.

I have three pit bulls and I was looking for a leash that could also be a training lead that wouldn’t choke out my dogs if they were pulling and this is really effective, I would definitely recommend this to people that don’t wanna use a chain on their dogs, or have some weird stuff around their muzzle it really does work

The media could not be loaded.  Kakashi is a 128lbs, 2 year old GP and he was starting to get reactive towards other dogs. He is good with walking and not paying attention other dogs, unless they look at him funny or barks at him. It is hard sometimes when he pulls because he is getting really strong, so I decided to buy this product. I swear, as soon as I used this, he started responding wayyyyy better. The flat collar is good and all but training your dog, this tool is definitely the right tool.Idk why it took me this long to buy a slip lead, but specifically this slip lead. Good quality and works really well.

It's durable and easy to use. It's convenient to have a leash and collar all in one. The rubber stopper works well for a 50 lb collie. It didn't magically turn my pup into a loose-leash walker, but we're getting there! :)

Bottom line is there's nothing no to like about this slip leash in terms of build quality.The problem is that if you're using this leash to train or to correct it's too thick.It requires way too much pressure to get a big dog's attention. And the dog doesn't even register when you try to give a small correction.Much better to go with a 1.4 inch slip in most cases. The dog just has a much easier time figuring out when the trainer is applying light pressure to get a correction. Or when the dog is putting too much pressure on itself when pulling too hard.

Great length for control, strong and fashionable! I have 3 for Great Pyranees breed. Rubber stopper stays in place. Handle good padding for hands. Highly recommend!

This leash was a little bit more expensive than similar slipknot leashes for sale, but I really wanted the color so I spent a little extra. I wish it was a darker gray but it’s still all right. I suggest for a medium to large size dog if you want a 3 to 4 foot lead for training purposes with the thicker cord and this fits the bill. There are, similar ones that are half the price which are equally as good but if you’re looking for a particular color, the spread seems to be OK. No problems with it.

The product image depicts a slip leash, yet I received a regular dog leash, resulting in a disappointment and a waste of my valuable time.

I ordered a slip leash as described and as per the photo shown on Amazon. But was was delivered was a regular leash with a flimsy plastic clasp and a very thin rope.Had to wait 5 days for delivery....a waste of time and effort.Will return this product.

The product on the photo is a slip lead, versus what was delivered is a normal leash with a metal hook of very average quality
