If you're confused by the "yellow/black" description, it's the frame that's black and the lenses that are yellow.

Q: are these good for indoor range shooting? Also, one range I use isn't climate controlled so my current classes fog up, do these fog up?

They should work well indoors as well as out. I have had one or two instances where they did fog up but only during extreme conditions (95 degree Florida summer days). I would imagine any lens would have fogged up in those conditions
