I not received 32gb USB card
I order 32gb usb card with laptop but,I received without USB card

It is not starting process. When you start taking long time than starting hang.

Product is not a 2022 & my warranty only has 20 days left
I ordered this supposedly 2022 HP Laptop on October 12, received on the 13th. When I went to register it because I didnt get the registration screen , it said what the picture shows. And it had stickers for windows 8, to which I am sure it was upgraded to windows 10. (I thought a box was reused but then realized it was my serial number) but that surely doesnt make it a 2022 version. Plus on the other picture it shows as shipment to Wal-Mart. I am very pissed off at this point.. What else has someone put on this laptop or may be tracking. And I paid $621 for this one & HP has one for $499 with a 512gb SSD just it has windows 11 on it

It’s Worth the Money
Unit received in great shape. Laptop it’s light easy to transport. Very fast processor . I would definitely recommend Note don’t have Ethernet Port or CD but I guess those are ancient now Lol 👍
