CREATESPACE Venture Capital 101

Google "Venture Capital" to get a better overview
This book does give an overview of Venture Capital but I can only describe it as a very large presentation of a Venture Capital fund. It is a 100 page pocket size book you can read in an hour or two, but none of the topics are covered in any detail. Everything is written in bullet point style, and worse, it is flavoured by the expectations of some pretending to be large and important venture capitalist. All content can be described as follows:- remember that VC only look for an opportunity to earn money- don't seek VC without a proposal to earn huge amounts of money- VC won't spend time on you unless they are instantly attracted- VC don't care about youWhole book basically prepares future VC seeker to give away 30% of their company or more, not bother VC with silly offers and valuations, etc. Again, it provides only a very broad overview, which, in my opinion, is also wrong at some places. There are VC funds in this world that do not follow recommendations of the author.

Super Intro Book
Superb intro book! More important than the terms you learn is the intuition that you develop due to the authors precise but clear explanations. Also the examples provided are great!

Great Introduction to VC
Quick and fun reading and easy to understand. Would love to read the other book by the author on M&A because I loved his writing style and how he explained things in this book.
